1-dAY PROGRAM 

 A 6-hour life skills program for girls ages 10-18, divided into six interactive sessions. In a safe space, girls learn about important topics in a small group setting. Topics include: 

1. identity
 2. belonging 
​3. purpose 
4. puberty 
5. the menstrual cycle 
​6. menstrual management

At the end of A Dignity Day, girls choose between a set of washable pads or a reusable menstrual cup, which empowers them to care for their bodies and finish their education.

​12-week PROGRAM 

A discipleship program for girls ages 10-18 to continue learning and growing after a Dignity Day. In a small group setting, girls learn about topics like making good choices, leadership, relationships, sex, prevention of human trafficking, and sisterhood. ​

 DIGNITY MENTORSHIP
​ONE-YEAR PROGRAM

An one-year mentorship program acts as a catalyst for personal growth, instilling a sense of self-belief and determination in teen girls. The positive impact of such mentorship resonates not only during the program but also echoes into their future, influencing their choices and contributing to their overall well-being and success.

A mentor cultivates a supportive and non-judgmental relationship, creating a safe space for girls to express their thoughts and concerns. This emotional support is particularly crucial during the tumultuous teenage years, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.
