training for women
IF YOU HAVE A HEART TO SEE GIRLS & WOMEN DISCOVER THEIR IDENTITY, WORTH, AND PURPOSE IN GOD, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER BECOMING A DIGNITY FACILITATOR.
We hold trainings throughout the year (please check out our Training page to find out more and to register online). The training is sponsored by the Campaign, but we ask you to cover the cost of your accommodation, meals and transport. Training is typically 3 days in length and occurs at the end of a week to ensure you don't have to take too much time off work. Once a year, the Campaign organises a 7-day international training where we train women from various countries in Africa and around the globe.

A DIGNITY FACILITATOR TRAINING COVERS THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
|
|
By the end of the training, you will be empowered and equipped to facilitate Dignity programs in your community for girls and run Dignity events, including Dignity Days and Cherish Dignity programs. You will also be part of a community of women and men who share your same vision and passion. Your fellow participants during the training will also be a great support, encouragement and resource to you as you put the training into practice.
We strongly urge you to come to the training with at least 1 other person who shares your vision and passion so that you will have a team to work with when you go back to your home location. It is also good if you have the support of a pastor, congregation, NGO, or FBO to help you with the cost to attend the training, to pray with you, and to partner with you as you implement your vision after the training.
