At our partners, Mercy Ministries, they believe every young girl deserves to step into her future with confidence, knowledge, and a strong sense of self-worth. That’s why they run programs like our Dream Day—a powerful space of discovery, education, and hope for the teens we serve.

For many of the girls who attend, Dream Day is more than just a program. It’s a turning point.

“The Dream Days have always been an open source of light for many of the teens,” says one of our leaders.

These special days are intentionally designed to help girls understand their identity and learn more about the changes happening in their bodies. For many, it’s the first time they’ve been invited into honest, open conversations about puberty, the menstrual cycle, and personal health in a way that’s affirming and empowering.

Our goal is simple: to educate and equip. But what happens is much deeper—Dream Days unlock something powerful. The girls don’t just leave with information. They leave with a new perspective on themselves. They leave feeling seen, valued, and inspired.

One participant put it best:

“I realized who I am and how my body works. I see myself differently now.”

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of these moments—where knowledge becomes confidence, and confidence becomes freedom.

Thank you to Mercy Ministries for all the work you do. Together, we’re creating safe, nurturing spaces where girls can thrive and embrace the fullness of who they are.
