One of the most beautiful parts of The Dignity Campaign is seeing how our message of identity, belonging, and purpose spreads through the hands and hearts of our partners.

Today, we’re honored to highlight the incredible work of Grain of Wheat, who have been using our programs to reach both girls and young women in powerful, personal ways.

A Shared Heart for the Next Generation

Grain of Wheat recently ran four Dream programs—two for teenage girls, and two for young women, including single mothers and graduate orphans. These sessions created a ripple effect of change, hope, and self-discovery in each group.

What stood out most was how relevant the content proved to be. Originally created with teens in mind, the program also deeply resonated with young women who carry the weight of past trauma. In both women’s groups, the topic “Who You Are” struck a deep emotional chord. As the participants released symbolic burdens through one of the activities, some were moved to tears—a testament to how healing can begin when truth is spoken in a safe space.

Real Stories, Real Change

In one of the teenage programs, held at an Armenian church, the transformation was just as visible. The girls came with open hearts and left eager for more—asking questions about self-worth, relationships, and how to navigate the world with dignity. One girl began to show up with renewed pride in her appearance. Another, once resistant to attending church, is now the one leading her mother out the door on Sunday mornings.

We are so grateful for our partnership with Grain of Wheat. Their commitment to planting seeds of hope and truth in young lives perfectly reflects the mission of The Dignity Campaign. Through their work, the program is not only reaching new communities but doing so in deeply impactful ways.
